Paul graduated from the University of Sydney in 2011, completing a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science and then went on to complete his Masters of Physiotherapy at Sydney University in 2013.
Paul has previously worked at sports physiotherapy clinics in Miranda and Sylvania Waters treating a wide variety of injuries. Over this time he has also been the onfield physiotherapist for the Junior Cronulla Sharks teams (2014), De La Salle Rugby League (2014) and for the last 6 years with Southern Districts Rugby Union.
Paul grew up in the Sutherland Shire and has always had a keen interest in sport. He grew up playing cricket, baseball and continues to play soccer for the Kirrawee Kangaroos. Paul has always had a large interest in strength training and weights having completed courses with Sebastian Oreb coach of the Worlds Strongest Man in regards to lifting technique but also rehabilitation for lifting related injuries.
Paul is excited to begin his new venture at Formation Physiotherapy in South Hurstville, and looks forward to continuing to help improve the lives of people that he meets.
Paul is passionate about helping people perform at their best. He uses a combination of manual therapy, movement and strength and conditioning to help people achieve their goals and enhance their quality of life.
