THE ROLE

Formation Physio is on the look out for a keen physiotherapist to deliver exceptional onsite physiotherapy services located in Auburn NSW.

The role involves:

  • Onsite physiotherapy services

  • Managing a varied musculoskeletal and occupational injuries

  • Manual handling assessments

  • Leading prevention programs and strategies to deliver best practice to onsite and corporate workplaces


THE DETAILS

  • Contractor position

    • 15 hours per week available at Auburn NSW

    • Monday, Wednesday & Friday (5 hours per day, 10am-3pm)

  • $65-75 per hour dependent on experience

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

  • Degree qualified in physiotherapy

  • AHPRA registration

  • Professional indemnity & public liability insurance

  • >2 years clinical experience in private practice

  • Ability to work in a small close knit team
